This agreement contains the complete terms and conditions(“Terms”) that apply to your participation on our site. Please read these terms before using the website and placing an order. By accessing this site or using any part of the site or any content or services, you agree to become bound by these terms. We can’t guarantee that all information on the website is up to date, we may change content from time to time without any notice.
2. Privacy Policy
When you place an order we will save your personal information, and this will be handled with the utmost care. Avelon uses your personal information for processing of orders, payments and to provide you with a personalized shopping experience. If you don’t want to receive any information from us there is a possibility to unsubscribe from the mailing list. Please note we don't sell your personal details to third parties and that credit card details are directly entered into our payment partner’s system, and are not held in our system.

The trademarks displayed on this website are trademarks of Avelon. Your use of this website grants no right to use these trademarks. We provide the website to you solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Nothing displayed on this website can be used without the prior written permission of Avelon.
5. Security
Avelon uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. We use the SSL Certificates, which secures communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
6. Prices and delivery charges
The prices indicated on the website are dominated in euro’s and delivery costs are not included. The shipping costs will be charged separately for each agreement.
7. Return
You have the right to return the purchased merchandise(s) within 10 days of your order being delivered to you and a full refund is possible (excluding delivery charges). If you’re not happy with the size or color please exchange the merchandise. Returns are at your own expense for EU customers. However, when your are living outside the EU there will also be costs when sending back, contact your local postal service for prices. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until it gets in our warehouse.
